Very poor customer service, communication and response times. Received letters from the State stating we owed taxes. Asked Wells simple questions about if that was accurate and they couldn't seem to find the answer. Provided them power of attorney to call state on our behalf. 5 months later, and still receiving letters from the state and unable to get our vehicle tags. No response from Wells after trying to get an update 2 months ago. Unacceptable.

Martha and her staff are very kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us tremendously with all our needs from setting up our state and federal tax accounts to payroll, etc when we first started our small business. Her rates and expertise and her staffs friendliness are second to none. She was recommended to me by my uncle and I would highly recommend her services, and I have to several people.
