Love TGR! Everyone is so supportive and friendly. No matter what your fitness level is, they constantly remind you that everyone’s journey is different. Great atmosphere! They have a large variety of classes and scheduling is super easy with the app.

My daughter has been wanting to do aerial dancing SO bad and this was the only business I could find that offers this type of class for her. I have called the number NUMEROUS times (no one ever picks up), and left messages. I have literally stopped INTO the studio on three separate occasions, no one has been at the desk. How on earth do they have any clients??? You shouldn’t have to pursue a business this much to purchase what they’re offering.

The people were really nice and it was a pretty fun atmosphere but I don’t think that they are very good in the business side of things. I was told when I signed up that I could cancel my subscription if I didn’t want to continue it and then after two months I just didn’t have time. I called during their business hours (which are super confusing and I can almost never actually reach anyone) and got no reply. I emailed and didn’t get a reply for a week. Then I was told that I signed up for a 6 month plan that doesn’t let you cancel and I was not able to get a refund or anything. I was told that I could suspend my membership so I asked if we could move it and I haven’t heard back in three days. So now I’m out almost $180 for something that I’m not going to be doing and I can’t get a refund or anything? That’s bogus. I get that I should have read things different when I signed up but still I think that’s ridiculous.
