I was really impressed with the organization of the gym: separate rooms for different areas to work out. I was also surprised by the amount of equipment and what all they had to offer.nI normally am in KC and go to Genesis Health Club and was able to do-with some variation- my normal workout routine. The owner was super nice and helpful. Just need to call ahead! Definitely will be coming back. ud83dudc4c
I had a week long pass while doing work in the area. The gym is well organized and had all the equipment I needed. The owners were quite friendly as well.
This is one if the best gyms I've seen iout of 4 countries and 9 states, open 24-7 friendly people and atmosphere willing to assist and offer guidance. There is a complete variety of exercise equipment to keep your workouts fresh and enough stations so your never waiting.
Really enjoy this gym. Love how family oriented it is and how much the trainers love to help you and pushes you to be great. We like this gym so much we drive from keokuk to get there. Thanks for making this a great place.
