I contacted DEF Services to replace my boiler. They responded immediately and gave a detailed estimate quickly. The work was scheduled soon after and I was very impressed with the workmanship. The team arrived on time and worked straight through the day to ensure I'd have working heat and hot water before they left (much appreciated since it was 40F outside). They returned the next day to clean up (great job) and fix a leaky pipe - the leak was due to the very old copper piping in the house. They set up the thermostat for us, as well. They stayednto answer all our questions. They are very responsive - answering my email questions usually within minutes. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

Darrel Young was my point of contact for our boiler replacement. He was always on time, professional, and answered every question I asked no matter how minor. He and his team are great to work with. They help with every step of our loan process through Capitol for Change. Darrel is fantastic to work with and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly and that all questions/concerns are answered.nnThe install team was on time. They cleaned everything up and with the exception of having a new boiler you would not know they had been in my house.nnThe entire team at DEF are amazing. We look forward to working with them on a few future projects and highly recommend their services.

Great service provided. 5 ductless heating/cooling heads installed with outdoor power unit. HVAC techs were punctual, clean, and thorough. Both electrical and unit plumbing looks great on house exterior which is challenging on existing construction. Minor programming issue between heads at first but was addressed quickly. Very quiet units that work great. Highly recommended

Great local contractor, from small jobs to large they do it all. Iv witnessed the quality of work they do first hand and truly believe this company will continue to thrive and bloom into an even larger company then they already are.nThe owner and employees truly believe that quality is everything and the work they put out shows it. They are truly a one stop contractor and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

I had a horrible leaking pipe in my basement - being a new homeowner I had no idea what to do - thankful for Darrel who went above and beyond and the entire team for taking care of the problem the same day and saving me a headache ! They were fast, responsive and professional. 10/10
