Appointment was 30 minutes behind and while I understand sometime things happen, at least a call letting me know would have been appreciated. Reason for 2 stars is that my appointment was rushed through in less than 10 minutes and sloppily done. Very unfortunate.
The Hive is amazing. It is clean and welcoming and the staff are amazing. They had to shut down like all similar businesses during COVID, and when they reopened they had a very professional and systematic process in place to optimize the safety of their customers. I totally recommend them, but please don't overload Jenna because I need my spot on her schedule!
Jenna is an experienced stylish. She knows what exactly fits your hair and helps you on achieving it. I am very happy to be there.
I've been going to Dan at The Hive for several years and will continue to do so. I'm terrible at doing hair, and Dan has always given me amazingly good looking, low maintenance cuts for my medium/long hair.
Cute, clean, and quick. I'll be back.
