Sara and the team at Sari Paints needs to be your go-to for all your hair needs. I am naturally a brunette and Sara is one of the few colorists that I've worked with who has been able to achieve the frosted blonde look I have been searching for. I also get extensions placed in by Sara and she does an amazing job! They are super tight and last for so long. She also does a great job blending the color and cut of my natural hair with the extensions so that you really can't tell they're in there. Highly recommend!

I drive forty minutes (without traffic) to visit Sara because when I first moved to CT, I could not find anyone as good as my stylists in NY. So for years I drove back and forth to NY...until I found Sara. She blows away the competition in NY too. She listens intently to achieve the results YOU want rather than doing what she does for everyone (which I found to be a problem with other salons and colorists in CT). I have never been happier with my hair and wish I had found her eons ago. Also everyone at the salon is the absolute sweetest and make you feel like a close friends whenever you’re there. You’ll feel so in with their cool crowd. Must visit!

This salon is a hidden gem in the heart of East Rock! Sara and her staff are warm and inviting. I love that Sara is willing to discuss options for my hair type. My hair is blonde and healthier than ever! Highly recommend!
