Needham Pilates and Fitness a.k.a., Patti Pilates has changed my life. I've been doing this for over 10 years and have noticed changes, not just in my body but in my mental well being. I have never stuck with anything so long and I feel like something is missing in my life when she's away. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself.
I have been taking class twice a week at Needham Pilates and Fitness for over two years and cannot speak highly enough about my consistently excellent experience. Patti is truly an expert in Pilates and anatomy and has helped me heal and grow stronger, more flexible and better balanced, through a variety of customized workouts. She also stays very up to date on pilates and introduces new techniques to keep things interesting and impactful. She has a gently way while also creating the space for you to push yourself as hard as you are comfortable or desire. No review would be complete without mentioning that Patti is also a wonderful, fun, compassionate and loving person, which comes through clearly while primarily maintaining a supportive and professional practice. If she has space in her schedule, grab it!
Location has all one needs to get a good work out session in. Definitely coming back.
I’ve been working with Patti for three years. She is a wonderful Pilates instructor. She has an excellent knowledge of the anatomy and keeps herself and her program current.
