Needs more training, they don’t have most things in display case and it takes 15 minutes per coffee with no line.
Unfortunately, this location needs a lot of help and additional training. I have attempted to order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew multiple times from them and even after they try to clarify with me or check the description in their training book, I still keep getting a vanilla cold brew with cold foam.
