the lack of professionalism and communication is astounding at this place. i am not one to write bad reviews but Muzi Chevy Service earned it. my advice is to stay away. its a shame because i bought my truck at this location and i will never go back because of this experience. i made an appointment in advance to have rotors and brake pads replaced on truck. I was assured when making the appointment that this process could be done in 3-4 hours. so i left the truck in at 7:30am on appointment day. the truck was not ready at the end of the appointment day. from 7:30am to 6pm on appointment day they did not get this done. why make an appointment? i tried calling in the afternoon on appointment day to get an update (as i was promised by Al) and no one would take my call or return the 1 voicemail that i left. i spoke to the manager, John, the day after the appointment day and he said whoever was responsible for this delay had the day off. so he did not know how this could happen or provide an acceptable answer. basically there was zero responsibility taken. in this conversation on day 2 john assured me that this repair would be done by 1pm. fast forward to end of day 2. i showed up and only the front brakes/rotors were done. no one was even working on the rear and i don't think they had any intention of completing the process. John told me if i want the rears done, its going to take more time. so i took the truck from them and am going somewhere else. don't waste your time at this place like i did. 2 days to get nowhere. plus i have to set aside more time to have the rear rotors/brakes done. what a joke.

I spent 3 1/2 hours at this dealership as I waited for my two new tires and 25K service appointment....should have been 90 minutes. They told me they had the tires in stock (not true) and that they would rotate the tires to put the best tires on the front. After waiting this entire time, they come and tell me they don't have them and had put the wrong tires in the front. Poor service but obviously apologetic along the way. Biggest issue is the lack of truthfulness upfront about having what they need and then not letting me know immediately (but waiting so they could earn the money on providing the service.
