First class service with Southern Hospitality all the way from Tuscaloosa Hyundai! This dealership wants your business and puts their customers first! This was our first experience buying a new car online. From the initial contact online with Trevor, to our outstanding salesperson, Jeff Campbell, finance with Mr. Lester, careful delivery to our driveway from Mr. Reggie....all made for a perfect online buying experience from a straight up, transparent dealership with integrity. Won't buy from any other Hyundai dealership from now on. I love my 2022 Tuscon from Tuscaloosa!

I bought a car recently here, and Richard was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process much easier, including the car purchase and the trade of my previous one. He ensured that I knew the features of the new car, including safety features. He also went out of his way to make sure I got everything out of my old car. I’d definitely recommend buying from here.

Mackenzie (the sales lady) was awesome! I went with my son to look at a car he had been looking at. She was so helpful and kind. She was friendly and not at all pushy like some dealerships are. In just a couple of hours he had looked, test drove, and purchased his first brand new car! Would recommend Tuscaloosa Hyundai and MacKenzie to anyone!

Considerate staff, concerned with my time. I showed up and there were 6 people waiting for general service, I told them I needed an alignment and new tires and Jeremy took the time to find someone to help me turn a 2 1/2 hour wait into an hour. The 6 people in front of me were all gone before I was. They know how to prioritize and be efficient.

My fiance and I purchased our new 2021 Hyundai Elantra today at Tuscaloosa Hyundai. We had the pleasure of meeting and closing our deal with Richard.
