I recently purchased my MB E450 at this dealership and I was very impressed the way they accommodate me, showed me the cars of my likings until I found the one. First class operation all the way as to be expected from a high-line dealership and they didn't disappoint. Refreshments and snacks were offered by multiple Mercedes representatives so their hospitality was second to none. They all made my vehicle purchase as enjoyable an experience as possible. I called ahead and they had the vehicle I was interested in cleaned up for my test drive upon my arrival.

While traveling in our 2017-18 Leisure Travel Van through Alabama one of our wheel sensors failed. We called this dealership and spoke to Owen in the service department. Their service is outstanding. Understanding that we were traveling, they got us in immediately and had the repair completed within 2 hours.nnWe can't express enough how much we appreciated their caring and courteous attention to our dilemma. Tremendous people... lost the communication gateway on sunday night on the highway. After replacing the gateway, doing a rear alignment, replacing and balancing rear tires, I had her back by 2:30 the following afternoon. When the time comes to buy a new one, I may drive from Maine just to buy from them... the price was fair, service was EXCELLENT, follow up was tremendous. Strongly and highly recommend!!!!!

My daughter had her auxiliary warning light come on in her GLC300, being 1,000 miles away it had me a little anxious. I called Mercedes in Tuscaloosa and spoke with Ladron in service. He was kind and answered all of my questions. He was able to get her in within just a couple of days. He kept in communication with me about the car. He was able to replace both batteries the day of service and she had her car back promptly. My daughter said he was very nice when she was picking the car up. I was even able to pay for it with a card over the phone. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Ladron for your hard work and professionalism.
