Awful experience, wasted my time and then deleted the ad and blocked me without even telling me. Very unprofessional and down right rude.
We had a terrific experience here! Our son is graduating from college and he was purchasing his first car. A lot of this was done over the phone and Heidi was so helpful and patient in answering all our questions. The buying experience was pressure free and pleasant, not at all what was expected after some previous used car buying experiences. We definitely recommend Gulf States Auto!
