I went in to pick up a delivery order and the order took twenty minutes longer than expected. When I asked an employee if they could check on my order they were really rude to me. Once I got my order and was on my way out of the door, a manager stopped me and asked me when I got the delivery order. Instead of apologizing for the order being late the manager then told me that instead of asking them about the order that I should have just sat and waited for the order. I have been a delivery driver for five months and haven’t experienced that kind of disrespect before. I have also worked at five other restaurants so I am understanding of mistakes because I have been there before. Accidents happen, but instead of blaming others, the manager and employees need to take accountability for their mistakes and communicate that to the guests and drivers. I was really disappointed in their lack of respect. Take your business to one of the other great restaurants in Tuscaloosa. Tropical Smoothie Cafe next door would be a great option, and their staff and smoothies are awesome! They are also really quick with preparing delivery orders.

Ordered the grilled beef waited 20 minutes and it was so rare there was actual blood dripping in rice. Showed the cashier at counter. They looked at me like that was normal. The meat was rare with blood dripping. I asked for refund. No apology and said money would be back in my account in a couple day. Bunch of kids running this place. Not authentic Mediterranean food at all.

Fast and precise service from a super polite staff. Plus the food was totally to die for, the beef in my Gyro tasted like it was expensive steak quality!
