This place is awesome. Fortunately, I didn’t have to wait. The folks who came after me did. It’s well worth it, though. This place has a cool vibe and great food. We had a really good server, as well. Delicious coffee and attentive service. Go here!

I wish I could give this zero stars unfortunately. I’m a server myself so I totally understand the ins and outs of a restaurant, including the bad days. This was the worst service I have EVER seen in my life though. This experience was extremely disappointing. We sat for 45 minutes without being greeted or given drinks, the servers were all huddled in the back completely ignoring us when we were trying to get their attention. Finally another table noticed and went to the back to yell at them for us and get us a server. When we finally got their attention, it took a long while to get our food, despite only a couple tables being in the restaurant. I don’t understand as a staff how everyone completely disregarded our existence, even the manager refused to come over to help us. Our food was terrible, and my drink was wrong. Again, I wasn’t even raising a fuss so there was zero excuse to be treated the way we were. I’m always one to tip $20+ and be very personable with the staff, but I’m am VERY upset. This was unacceptable behavior and food service

We went for breakfast today and had the worst service. Our food came out totally cold and a bagel came out untoasted so we sent it back and asked for it to be remade. Our server didn't apologize. After waiting for 25+ minutes someone from our party stood up to find a manager. He also was unapologetic and not helpful. The food came back out finally and the French toast was soggy and the bagel was still barely toasted. They also didn't take anything off of the bill and we paid full price after having such a horrible experience.

Food was great. Wait time for our food was terrible. From the time we placed our order until the food came was 45 minutes. They weren't that busy. Saw our server once while waiting and that was us flagging her down to get more coffee.
