Came to deliver parts. Messy place. Avoid at all cost. There are many gates and they don't know which one is which. Had to drive from one gate to the other, just to find out I was supposed to go to the very first gate I was before.nVery disappointing to see this mess in a such a famous brand. Won't ever be back here, nor own a MB car again.
Sat there for 6 hours waiting on a load, only to be informed 6 hours later that it was shipped on a different truck earlier today to the wrong facility... the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing!! No stars! My company delivered freight fir this company December 11, 2020 and they never paid for two separate runs from Alabama to Michigan and from Michigan to Alabama. Do not trust Niki Terry as she’s given us the run around. No one answers in accounts payable or any of the numbers the company provided on their carrier package. Do not trust Dean & Company, Mercedes-Benz International, or Shipment Specialist all scammers. I will be reporting each to BBB and DAT.
