Arrived with many questions at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet!! I was met immediately by the kindest most honest sales person ever, John “V”. He answered ever question I had, produced written conformation that the info was indeed correct, and did not pressure me or make me feel like he was in a hurry. I wanted a Chevy Spark! With quick efficiency, I was able to test drive, complete paperwork and fall head over heels in love with my new 2021 Summit White Spark! Never had an experience that went that quickly and smoothly purchasing a new vehicle. Stan, the paperwork guy was amazing too. From the time of arrival, to leaving, (in my new Spark), was magical!! To much labor fee for something that took 20minute to fix.

John is amazing! He emailed me to consider buying a new car while having my oil serviced on my prior. I let him know what I was interested in and he showed me the vehicle and got the deal rolling on time for me to leave and pick up my child. He is a great man with a great heart and a love for people. I truly believe he was not just selling a car but matching the right car to our family.

I took my vehicle in for a tire rotation and oil change. As usual, everything went well and the wait was not too long. Well, the service staff at Tuscaloosa Chevrolet went beyond anything I expected. My car was really dirty and I had expressed to my grandson that we had to wash it the next day. Well, someone in the service department did it for me. When we came outside to leave I said to myself, that is not my car, but when I saw the tag and got closer, I said they washed it. Wow! Who does that? Tuscaloosa Chevrolet does. Customer service at its finest. Love you guys!!!

J.P. took away the hassle of buying a vehicle! We were actually just looking but he made it sonconvenient we made the purchase. We spent, maybe 30 minutes in an office doing paper work and probably could’ve been quicker. Hands down the best auto salesman interaction to date!!
