We had a great experience purchasing our 2012 Toyota Highlander from Tuscaloosa Ford. Our salesman, Frank was wonderful to work with. He made sure all of our questions were answered. He was so easy to get along with & put US first. He made sure we knew that his priority was making us happy-not the car. So, ask for Frank when you go to look at a new or used vehicle. Dana helped us with all of the paperwork & was SO fun! Thanks to Dana & Frank we had an excellent first car buying experience.

We have been looking for months for a new addition to our company. We kept missing out on Cargo vans. When we saw this van, we knew it was exactly what we needed. Frank was amazing! Him and Dana (finance department) got myself and my 4 kids in and out in such a timely manner. Never in my life did I imagine you can purchase a vehicle so quickly, with so little stress. Having purchased 3 vehicles now(all good experiences), I can definitively say that Tuscaloosa Ford customer service is a notch above the rest. The sales team specifically Louis and the finance team, Mrs. Dana answered every question and left no stone unturned. They were passionate and honest. There was no haggling and Diming, no ridiculous fees, and best of all, timely. They didn’t waste my time. I highly recommend Tuscaloosa Ford and look forward to our future business. Came to test drive a few cars not expecting to buy from a dealership but the prices were so good I just couldn’t resist! Lee Collins was so helpful and honest with us, and the finance Manager was so nice and personal.
