Bowlero Tuscaloosa

The atmosphere is amazing! Definitely a nice, beautiful place to entertain. As far as the service it was fair. Not sure of the managers name but my first hour of my party was horrible. I paid in advance before arriving in Tuscaloosa. Also, it was my moms birthday celebration. It took at least 30 minutes to get drinks started , food was not replenished continuely as stated. I spoke to 3 staff members before having to get the manager. Once the manager came things got a little better. Maybe I will give them another chance in the future to do better.

We love this place. Only thing I definitely recommend is reserving your lane on line. It is convenient and reliable.

Okay love this place but couldn't give 4 stars because some of the games in the arcade took my tokens and never worked. Next time I hope all the games are working! But we still had a lot of fun at this place! Alcohol is such a plus. (P.s. the VR was so worth the 12 tokens but only the right seat worked for us.)

If I could give less that one star I would. I went yesterday (2/13/21). It was a Saturday so I figured it would be a little busy but the website made it seem as though they were taking every precaution necessary, so we went at 7:30, put our names down, went home, and got called back at 9:30 as expected. Now when you walk in, it’s hard to see the lanes so the first time we were there it seemed like they were leaving distance between lanes. Well, we paid and got our shoes and they told us we had lane 20. Lane 20 is the last one all the way against the wall. There were people in lanes 17, 18, & 19. The people in 19 were sharing a seating booth with us. NONE of the people in those 3 lanes were wearing masks. Doing a quick look around the alley, I realized about half the people weren’t wearing masks. I never once saw anyone sanitize tables or booths or enforce masks. They clumped different parties together, leaving several lanes open between those clumps, but I was still around at least 10 strangers not wearing masks. They should have every other lane closed so that only one party is at a booth at a time. I was sharing balls with the people next to me! It was unacceptable and they’re not being safe at all. Needless to say, we planned on buying drinks, food, and several games. We ended up playing one game as fast as possible and left. They lost a first time customer.

My family’s experience was horrible!!! They are so under staff it’s ridiculous! They had 1 person working the front and 1 person working the bar area. We didn’t even know you had to place your order at the bar for food. The wait for food was over an hour. My husband waited in line just get our child a refill on his sprite! Now to the bowling; we never got a chance to bowl. We got tired of waiting after 2 hours. I understand we’re in a pandemic but this place has 40 lanes but only had maybe 10 open. I mean they can do so much better than what they’re doing! Truly ruined my family night!
