I entered as a patient through the emergency room. My wait time as not long considering I was suffering a cardiac emergency. However the treatment I received was not the very best. It felt as if they staff did not listen to my concerns. The lack of an explicit diagnosis was infuriating. Upon discharge I shared my concerns of how I was still not feeling my best yet still released only to end up in another facility in less than 5 hours. My experience was terrible!!! I went in at about 8pm and left at about 8am!!! Nobody seems to know what they are doing!!! Seems like a bunch of college students just playing around with people lives!!! I was in there so long and I had to leave on my own because I had to go to work so I didn’t even get discharge paperwork, next time I’m in pain I will just suffer at home because I still didn’t get any medicine or nothing!!! This place doesn’t even deserve a half star!!! Terrible

The ED and waiting areas were very clean, but could use a cosmetic update. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would say my biggest issue is that the wait at this ED is super long. I have been to several in different States, and this one is certainly the slowest at seeing people and getting them back home.

Check in was smooth and fast.nThe doctors and nurses did an excellent job.nMy tests results came back in a mannerly time.

First I want to say that I truly appreciate the nursing staff and lab technicians that worked with me. They were very professional and compassionate and seemed to understand my needs. The doctor who treated me on the other hand was very rude condescending and talked down to me like I shouldn’t be there. I was in excruciating pain and severely hyperventilating and it took over 2 hours before she ever graced the doorway ( which she never actually came into the room except to toss my ua labs at me). She was very cold and treated me like I was a druggie looking for a fix! No compassion whatsoever!
