Very small, quiet, not crowded. They have hand sanitizer sitting on counter and face mask is required.
This is the worse local bank in Tuscaloosa, i would never reccomend them TO ANYONE. I've banked with them for years due to my mother being a DCH employee for 23 years, doesnt matter. They dont care. They never want to help, they dont answer the phone, and when you finally get in touch with someone the attitudes make you uncomfortable. There's always new people who dont know what to do and they take forever, inside, drive thru, again doesnt matter. Definitely taking my money somewhere I can have an intelligent conversation with someone.

I went to open a checking and savings account but I was ask if I wanted to open and loan I said yes why not but anyway I got approved
