The kids and I always have a great time! Everything is usually great about this place, but the last time we visited, it was SUPER crowded and it seemed like no one was controlling the chaos. It was the weekend, and I'm sure they love to see a big turn out (after the pandemic shut down, I'm so glad they're getting business back up!), but I feel it could have been handled a little better.

So much fun!!! Pricing was actually reasonable..kids had a blast, I got a good workout. Staff was very helpful and nice.!!! Would definitely go back!! I do recommend at

Great place to have a party. They prepare party room, furnish paper products and drinks and do clean up, you show up and have fun. Big fun had by all. Thanks UpSurge!!

My intentions weren’t to participate with my son. I originally came here so that my son could enjoy himself but however had to pay just so I could monitor him and make sure he didn’t get in the way of the big kids jumping around. I was told by the owner I had to pay if I wanted to watch my son from a closer distance. The designated sitting area wasn’t great for moms who wants to monitor there little one’s much closer. The place is over priced! I paid full price but my son didn’t get a full experience because one side of the trampoline area was closed. I brought this to the owner attention and was told that due to COVID they weren’t allowed to open it. What doesn’t make sense to me is that they allow the kids to touch all over the balls and throw them at each other so what’s the difference? If I couldn’t get a full experience I shouldn’t have to pay the full price. I also had a problem with the shoes stand. My opinion is the facility makes enough money they should be able to provide lockers so items can be kept safe! The only reason I am rating 2 stars is because my son seemed to enjoy himself over all.

I DO NOT recommend anyone booking a party at Upsurge Tuscaloosa. We paid full price of $275 plus two of the parents attending paid another $44 to jump. We were booked during another party...fine whatever. But because of COVID we couldn’t use a quarter of the facility (the obstacle course). They didn’t tell me before hand and covid isn’t a problem when booking multiple parties during the same time frame. I did complain yesterday while there and the employees were super nice and said they wouldn’t be able to do anything that I needed to speak to Jennifer who wasn’t there. I called today to ask why after speaking on the phone numerous times did no one tell me that part of the area wouldn’t even be open. Had I known I wouldn’t have a booked a party at full price without getting the full experience. She then proceeded to tell me that my 7year old wouldn’t have been able to complete it on his own anywayud83dude44ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f and NO ONE has complained yet since being back open in May. NOT true. I should have read reviews before hand, my fault. But there are complaints on google. She told me she didn’t know what I expected that they couldn’t give me a discount because they can barely keep their heads above water during a pandemic. I wasn’t asking for a discount. I just said they should have told us before booking at full price that we couldn’t use the full facility. She was super rude so I was too ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f I’m usually super nice to people who work with the public’s because I know how it is but she was terrible ud83dude43
