I have bought several cars from them they are honest an tell you the truth about them. They gave GOOD titles to all. Some people write lies for reviews an post that are not true . GREAT Dealer.
Mediocre salesman. Went today to look at a truck and he gave me the price, then walked away. I asked if I could see it and he said yeah, then walked back inside and sat down at the computer. Didn't try to sell me the truck or anything. I promptly left and lost all interest.
Me and my husband bought a Ford F-150 5.4 Triton from this company. We took it to our mechanic straight from purchasing it. We find out the truck has a totally different motor, than what was listed . Soon after learning of this problem the motor failed . This company rigged the motor to last a short period of time. The plugs were not properly put in, and was missing the slot to bolt the coils down. Cause the plugs to pop out as we were driving down the highway. If I could this company a negative rating I would. This is not how you conduct business AT ALL. No excuses. The mechanic asked me personally where I purchased the vehicle from, so he and his team could avoid them at all cost. This is disgraceful, and pathetic. We have to now swap the entire motor .
We recently bought a car from family auto about 2 months ago. We have already had to replace the mafs. Then the tire rods were spent to the point they could have broken any day,He seen I had a child with me and another on the way. Not only that we have had nothing but trouble with the car. And on top of all the coast. I still have not received a title to the car. And have called and cannot get a response. Needless to say we will be taking legal actions if this is not resolved by owner!!!
Looked at motor home they were closed..none of the phone numbers listed on store front worked. When I went in the next morning it had sold already..they really need to post working phone number...someone got a great deal on a motor home...lol
