Always check your order here. I forgot today and ended up short a chicken biscuit. The employees are nice, but there are clear issues with management.

Every time I go to McDonald’s I get different experience. Most of the time it’s good. They food is going downhill. They chicken nuggets are always good but they burgers be dry and taste plain even with cheese and ketchup on it. Customer service is okay in the day time at night time it’s bad. They don’t put no effort at night.

Fast and friendly service great quick availability since I added the third window on the drive through. Hands down probably the best late night restaurant in Decatur Alabama for a quick fast food and professional Service

Clerk charged my debit card some else's order I asked about couldn't answer it asked for receipt where I charge for there order would not give it to me. Asked manager about was very rude and said I to show her my mobile bank app and I said no all I wanted was to have my receipt that showed how my debit card was charged then she came to the window and said she wasn't going to help and then threw two dollars (one single and the rest in all kinds of change) I asked for the general managers name and number she you ain't getting it. So I hope she can buy something with three dollars they stole from me. So be careful if using debt card at the Beltline rd mcdonald's. Also they need to talk to there employees to speak where you can hear them maybe if they get the airpods out of their ears they can hear

As far as fast food establishments it's I give it a four out five stars. I ordered through the drive-thru and wait approximately 10 minutes before I got to the window after I ordered.
