I have no complaints about my banking! Love the app and I really love the people in both locations that I have been to! I’m treated like family when I walk through the door or when one of the sweet ladies answer the teller on the machine! I’m am very happy with the choice I made to switch banks! Only went thru drive thru but the teller was courteous and helpful.
The atm/drive thru has set banking speeds back to the 1800s. We sat there one and a half hours today fo my neice to deposit a check. After we left i went to my bank( bank independent) and was in and out of the drive thru in 5 mins. The people who designed the RFCU system should be ashamed and so sholud the top brass there for approving such a mess
Do not use this bank. They are impossible to get on the phone to resolve any issues.
Tammy and Pam were the two most helpful people today at the Hartselle branch. After running into an issue with another RFCU employee, these two ladies sat down right then and solved my problem. They are always so friendly and willing to help in any possible way they can. Brittney is the sweetest teller. You can tell they are a loving group of people who truly care for their community. I love RFCU!
