Opened an account over a year ago. It doesn't matter if your overdraft protection is turned on or off, they're going to charge you $25 as a fee even if the charge is made. I would just prefer they DECLINE the charge. Absolute BS. Would NOT recommend.
Worst experience at a bank I’ve had in years. The staff acts like they don’t have time to speak to you, and are always rushing you. In the multiple visits I made, I think I made eye contact with an employee for a total of 20 seconds. They strung me along for about four weeks to get a balance transfer for a credit card before finally declining me. Horrible, horrible bank... I’m shocked so many people put up with this.
This branch really is not good at customer service. Reply all you want to negative feedback but actions speak louder than words. Disgusting service.
Wonderful bank to deal with and friendly staff to serve you. Bank app is great!
This is the best bank to do business with. I highly recommend them. I like to say thanks to all the employees that make my visits wonderful.
