Some people work long hours and dont get off before 5 and need a bank to be open on Saturdays when every other bank is open at least till noon on saturday

The cashier teller Jessica was very rude to an elderly lady that was at the desk drawing money out then when it was my turn she was very rude as well if Jessica is having a bad day she needs to go home before someone else that is having a bad day snatches her up from behind that counter I will make an official complaint with headquarters you as a customer service employee should always be kind and helpful to people if not you are in the wrong kind of job

I have been a customer at this bank for probably 30 years and never had a complaint. Beltline location.But the last year I have gotten to the point that I dread going inside because of the Rudeness of a Teller. She is not professional at all and is just rude. My husband will travel to the other side of town just because of her. The main branch is like a whole different bank Everyone is very nice and polite. If not for the positive experience in that we have had with the Wells st. branch we would have already switched banks

They put a huge sign over the administration part of the bank and it's confusing if you've never been there. Why would they need that big sign over the doors of the admin? The actual bank is on the corner with no lights on the sign. Actually there's a bright flood light above that sign and it's so blinding after sunset that the sign can hardly even be seen!

The BANKERS are so sweet and helpful, but the tellers have no respect for anyone. I was trying to take care of a personal matter and spoke to the banker, she helped me as when we started to walk up the tellers they stopped us before we got to where the line starts as started screaming at me and the banker that they would not help us, and that I could not do what needed to be done, nor could someone else who was on that account. They spoke over me and would not listen to what I had to say. The banker looked embarrassed and I felt horrible for her but the tellers at this location are horrible, they are rude, and do not need to work with the public at all!nThis isn’t the first time I have had this problem with the tellers at this location, they seem to come across like they would rather be sitting on the computers doing bother rather than assist you with your account. Now the bankers are amazing I have always felt welcome when I’ve went in to spoke to the actual bankers.
