Hateful customer service! Waited in line at the drive through for 45 minutes. Had moved two different lines. Called, they told me I could come in. Once I got out of line, parked, tried to come in, they told me I could not. The ladies did not care at all that I was going to be late for work. Their excuse was a non regions customer in line was the hold up. I have been a customer with Regions for 11 years. I will be changing.

i've banked at regions most of my life and i'm 63. this is the worst place to call and speak to someone it seems like it takes for ever. You have to google regions and get a 1-800 number then go through all the recordings and number punching. it's not worth the trouble to bank at regions!!!!!!
