I had an amazing experience at Lynn Layton Cadillac in Decatur! I contacted Tim Howard about a car I was interested in buying. He promptly answered all my questions over text and phone calls. Tim sent me additional photos of the car I was looking at and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before heading over to the dealership. Tim was very upfront, prompt, and professional. Once arriving at the dealership, my experience was wonderful! Tim made sure my father and I had every question answered and felt comfortable. I am a first-time car buyer, and Tim Howard explained every part of the process and made sure I felt at ease throughout the whole experience. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly, and looked happy to be there! Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I will be referring friends and family to Lynn Layton Cadillac of Decatur. I can not say enough good things about Tim Howard and this dealership!

Really enjoyed my experience with this dealership. They communicated efficiently and worked well with me to test drive a few different vehicles. I decided on a vehicle in the morning and then left to go back to work for the day and they prepared all the paperwork and had the vehicle full of gas and ready for me when I came back after work to pick it up. I feel like I didn’t waste all day at the dealership doing paperwork. Great overall experience.

James was very helpful, friendly, and informative. He made me feel very comfortable with the work that was being performed. I didn’t feel as though anything was hidden or that I was being taken advantage of.

Tim Howard helped make buying my new Cadillac XT6 the best car buying experience. Mr. Howard was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable! He had everything ready when I arrived, so I didn’t have to spend too much time at the dealership. The vast inventory and price is what drew me to drive 100 miles to find my perfect SUV and Mr. Howard’s customer service is impeccable! He treated my girls and I like family and made my girls feel included in our purchase, which helps make it easier with children. I plan to return to Lynn Layton and Tim Howard for all my car needs!

Most recently I had my car serviced there and their service guys are always exceptional in customer service & the work they perform. A few weeks ago my son totaled his Nissan Cube & he purchased a new Rogue Sport. Customer service, our salesman & the collision center were excellent in their services. This was the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from Lynn Layton Nissan.
