Called on 02/24/2021 to get a car set up for the auction. We are a Finance company out of state and have a car that was voluntary surrendered and left at Mitsubishi Dealership near Huntsville. I called to get this car set up to be sold with this auction and was treated so rude by lady that represented the company by answering their phones. We have to sale cars at Auctions all over the United States due to being a Finance Company. it's getting old talking to rude people in Customer Service.
Great place to buy a car, didn't try to sell me a car just gave me the keys and said let me know if u have any questions. Easy buying experience
