I went to this dealership at the beginning of the year looking for a new car. I knew I wanted one that was Go Mango colored. I had built and priced several cars on the Dodge website. I saw that the Athens dealership had a Go Mango Charger on the lot. I wanted to see this color in person. Terry Patterson immediately helped me. He brought me keys to several cars I liked there. I fell in love with the 2020 Charger in Go Mango. Terry was so helpful. Thank you for the best service!
While looking for a car I sent a few emails and only Laura replied to me she was great and helpful. She got me to the lot, Paul Robertson took over at that point. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to move me to something I didn't want. He helped me and stayed with me even when I went over to financing. I did have a break issue but he made sure that it was fixed and even came in on his day off to help me. He went above my expectations and I appreciate it. I would work with him or Laura again. 5 STARS!!!!

Do not waste your time with the service department, there are plenty of other dealerships to get your work done. I've tried to use them twice but will not again, nothing but problems and excuses.
Was less than pleased with the service at Champion. Received a massive low-ball offer on one vehicle and was told the other would be wholesale. Employees were less than helpful in their dedication to customer service, as we sat in the lobby for 15+ minutes and was passed by multiple employees and not a one even spoke to us.
