Good Food But Way To Slow For A Fast Food Place
Just left the drive through and was greeted with the most welcome voice. She was so professional and nice, thanked me and everyrhing. Less than a minute later a manager was asking me how i was doing today and handing me my food. Great customer service guys! My biscuit was delicious as always!
Asked for Ranch and the older woman up front said they didn’t have any, so asked for Honey Mustard and dipped my fry into a tiny tub of butter instead. :( Very disappointed usually great service with the other employees. First time seeing her and was more focused on leaving than getting my order correct.
Hands down my favorite Jack's. Rarely ever have issues with service or store cleanliness. Even then it's quickly rectified.
Food was fresh and hot. New favorite breakfast spot. The ice lattes is awesome.
