Update 1/14/21: Fries are still awesome, grilled chicken was very dry, but overall performance since my last review has earned this Rooster's another star.nnSometimes it's on the greasy/salty side but the food is good. French fries are some of the best in Athens. Be sure to whip it wide when you come through the drive thru or you'll curb check.

Great chicken fingers and now catfish. They have a signature orange sauce that is outstanding. I would have given it 5 stars if the fries were a little better.

We had to go to Athens from New Hope kids Dr apt ate there Wednesday there was NO sitting table clean had to move sign off one to eat (no other customer in dining area)ordered combo plate shrimp was good they failed put chicken tenders so he got me 2 burnt ones I didn't bother him anymore. Tried again Thursday order combo the tenders burnt again and failed to put toast in box asked if i could get tenders not burnt she rolled her eyes brought out 2 more burnt. Glad no more reason eat there again

Really good tenders and wings. They have fish and shrimp but never tried those. Sides and texas toast top notch as well. Good salads. Good prices.

The food is usually pretty good, but the employees are not always very friendly. One evening my order was wrong, so I took it back inside and asked them to correct it. The girl looked at my wings and told me that my order was not wrong... okay so I ordered mild wings that usually come covered in mild sauce ... my wings had NO sauce on them at all and were plain. The only one that seems happy working there is the really funny, fast talking gentleman. I’ve never experienced great customer service here.
