Even though they were very short staffed that morning, everyone was very pleasant.
Went for breakfast, the service was prompt but the food was just mediocre. Typical fast food breakfast, reasonably priced.
Went through drive thru, but overall everything was horrible pretty much, only pro was that the fries were fresh. My chicken tenders were hard and very crunchy, couldn’t really chew. Ordered an milkshake and it was super watery, ordered an strawberry cream cheese pie they forgot to put it in the bag. Floors were super dirty and no one was using gloves. Most likely will not be coming back
I previously had a good review on here, but unfortunately my review has changed! If I could give it a no star I would. We ordered our food at 2:07pm and received it at 2:30. The people did not care about the wait time. They are also not wearing gloves at the front counter. I rather go to the one off of Hwy 72. Never again will we be back at this location (store #220). I don't know why the delay in the back, but they need some SERIOUS customer service ethic. They need to be trained a lot better.
No wait & fast service. Emily & Sylvia were very hospitable. Of course, Jacks is always good to me♥ufe0f anytime.
