We got an ocean-front room during Spring Break. Enjoyed the room, except for some loudness at night. I wouldn't have minded the noise, but then I find out that I had been charged twice for the room. Tried getting it taken care of with hotel accounting but they claim they didn't overcharge me. Now in the process of disputing charge through Mastercard and my bank.nnTLDR: decent place but make damn sure they charge you correctly. Pacific Edge is working a scam.
This is easily one of the worst branches, all of the workers are basically incompetent and incredibly rude, so they're essentially being jerks to customers because they can't do their own jobs. They obviously need to be retrained OR fired.
the website says drive thru open at 830 am but it didnt open till 9 am. i live 25 miles out of town n work the night shift, in my case that 30 minutes means a LOT. (thd branch on hwy 72 athens,in front of lowes.
Downtown branch has terrible drive thru teller service use hywy 72 branch instead
Great staff! they are always willing to help you get in and out and address any problems or questions you may have along the way. They get to know their frequent customers and you're always greeted with a smile
