The line guys could be more helpful with bags when the customers first show up, I had to get my own baggage cart, load my own bags from the car, the pilots had to take the cart to the plane and load the bags buy themselves. We’re a Netjets customer and the service should always be better than what we received today. We fly into Huntsville once a month it always seems confusing dealing with line and customer service

I provide transportation quite frequently to passengers who fly in and out of here. All of the staff are ALWAYS courteous and extremely accommodating.
