1st time using didn't give me my paperwork. I had to go get it myself for IRS. verified that I was me. I had to call the state to do the same thing all the work running staying on the phone.on top of it all, they didn't tell me they were charging me almost 400 hundreds for me doing all the work.nPlease I beg you all to stay away from this place!!! charging you for something the IRS will do for free you will have to do a little work but not as much as using this (Jackson.H money-grabber.) you will get you money all your money. Charging for a rapped refund and waiting 2 to 3 months to receive what was mine.
