Literally the worst fast food place my family have ever gone. Missing items, wrong items. We tried to tell an employee we were missing an item or if our bag and she argued with us. We literally took every item out of bag to prove it to her and she was still arguing. So if you don't want all your food, want the wrong food, or want to argue you with employees, then definitely go here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

4/4 times I've tried the drive through is slow as molasses. 3/4 times, they have completely screwed my order up. Won't try again

If I could leave zero stars I would. Every time I come through the drive-through, about four times now, I will order one thing and get something completely different. Also, the staff is absolutely terrible and is perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have never been so sure about never spending my money here ever again.

Order in drive thru and when I get to the window, they tell me they can't make a grilled chicken sandwich because they are getting ready to close. It was right at 11 and they close at 12...if you are going to limit the menu, you need to advertise such. Also, how about some professionalism and proper work uniforms. The guys gym pants were sagging so bad, his underwear was hanging out. He couldn't manage to get a lid properly on my drink. Sandwich was less than room temperature when I ate it. And you want 15/hr.!

Ordered the jalapeno burger from the Wendy's here in Daleville Alabama. It looks a mess! Called to speak with the manager and his name was Jeremy. Stated that he wasn't going to do anything and that if I wanted to call corporate I can call them and then he hung up on me! We all know that this burger is not the same cost as a regular hamburger and it's not appreciated! I definitely will not be going back to this Wendy's! If Jeremy is the manager he needs to go back and learn some customer service skills! Way to go Wendy's you hire anyone!
