They have amazing food, don’t get me wrong. But when I tried to order ahead of time the phone rang over and over until someone picked the phone up and sat it down. I tried to call again but the phone was off of the hook. They’ve admitted to us that they will take the phone off the hook. Every time I try and call, the line is busy. Tried ordering for pickup through doordash. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Then it jumped and said it wouldn’t be ready for over an hour, which I didn’t have the time. I would give 5 stars if they had better service.
Me and my Son's first visit. The Whiting Fish was really good and the Philly Steak was good as well.
The food is very good, but dont think its fast food. They cook to order, so it takes a bit of time. One complaint I have is, every single time we've tried to call our order ahead, the phone is busy for 30-45 minutes straight, so you have to go there in person, and there isn't any reason you can see as to why.
Great wings and best cheesesteak ever. Often short staffed but there's one young man who's cool as a cucumber handling it all like a pro giving first rate customer service.
Everything was great except for the rice. They put a little too much soy sauce on it.
