Used to be an alright place. I've visited this place multiple times over the last 10years. Waitresses aren't always too friendly. Thats nothing new. But the wait times and amount of staff has drastically gotten worse. Completely full house and they only have 3 people working during a breakfast rush? At a breakfast themed restaurant? Makes zero sense. One cook, one waitress, and one person who made plates. Our waitress took 30minutes before giving the cook our order. Cook made meals one at a time. So what should have taken MAYBE 5 to 10minutes, took him 25 minutes to make. Only 2 meals that were the exact same. Didn't get our drinks until our food was about to be on the table. Made the wrong kind of waffle, but the rest of the food was right and cooked properly.nnPlace has great food if you wanna look passed the long wait times and terrible service though.

Visited dothan alabama one and been going there about 5 yrs it used to be clean and the food was great. The waiter was awesome John. The food was not so good quality or quantity and the place was dirty when we got there but I assumed they were busy. Who knows but they need a new cook and more food for your buck.

I always like to stop at waffle house when I can . this one was nice and clean the girl waiting on us was new and did a very good job and like always the food was great.

With every restaurant doing what ever they can do to keep the doors open during this pandemic. This particular Waffle House's employee's from the cook's and waitress's all have the perfect personalities and are all doing above and beyond what they are required to do. To keep the customer's happy and taken care of. My order of food to go on this trip was both cooked and prepared just as it was ordered. If anyone has never tried the Waffle House double order of hash browns chunked, covered, smothered all the way which includes jalapenos peppers and chilli plus some gravy. I promise you when hash browns are cooked and prepared like these are it is so good. It will make you want to get in the wrestling ring with Randy Orton. They are that good if you get close to Ozark,Al I highly recommend eating at the Waffle House. Great cooks and the most friendly waitresses in the business.
