Don’t scroll past this review!!!nnAfter my wife was involved in a car accident, the other guy’s insurance (he was at fault) only offered us $2,000. My wife had a lot of head and neck pain, couldn’t walk without pain, and it hurt her to chew. There were parts of that night she couldn’t even remember.nnI called Bence Law Firm because I thought that I was being low balled. The other guy causes all this pain and damage (the car he destroyed was paid off), and we only get $2000 to start over and figure it out? No. I called Bence and he immediately knew what to do.nnHe took care of everything. My wife got the medical attention she needed, as well as physical therapy. We were able to rest a little easier knowing we wouldn’t be the ones fighting the insurance company to do what’s right.nnIn the end, he got us even more compensation than he originally promised. And he got our medical expenses paid too.nnI’m telling you - if you’re not sure what to do, keep it simple. Call this guy and let him take care of it. You’ll thank me later.

Highly recommend David Bence and his firm. Very professional attorney who helped my daughter and I with a dog bite injury claim. David was able to get the case settled for us with a minimum amount of fuss. Would definitely use him again if the need arises.

Our car was rear ended by a distracted driver. The other drivers insurance company didn’t want to pay our medical bills for the concussion caused by the accident.
