I wish I would’ve gotten both of these women’s names. I visited this location yesterday, March 3, 2021. Around 9:30-9:40 a.m. The lady that took my money and the lady that gave me my meal through the drive thru were absolutely wonderful. They had excellent customer service and they both made my day. It’s hard out there in the world full of negativity. And I just want to say these ladies deserve more. I will definitely be coming back. Not just for the food, but for the great customer service as well. God Bless.

This is hands-down my favorite McDonald’s in Columbus. The morning staff is awesome, so sweet and kind. The lady that works the first window is always so happy to see every single person that comes to the line and it’s always a joy to see her face. This McDonald’s makes up for all of the other bad experiences I’ve ever had in town and I will come here even if it’s out of my way.

This McDonald’s is the best in Columbus hands down. Just swung through on my 30 min lunch break, the line was long but they got my food quick and it was hot and fresh. Would have done the survey but I opted out of a receipt! Great job. Disregard bad reviews!

Nasty rude staff!! Order through door dash.. called to make sure order was correct and got hung up on.. tried calling back and no answer.. I canceled my whole order all together. Never again!
