Nothing to brag about but the food and the drinks are pretty good. The service has not always been the greatest. We've been finished eating these past few times and it's taken a while to get the check. We would ask for to-go boxes and 20minutes later, we get the check. I'm a very patient person. My wife however isn't. But other than the below average customer service, everything is just great.
Food was decent. Almost every server was sitting and we saw our server only 4 times our whole visit. He never even brought us our ticket. He sat at a table with other people. We sat for quite a while just waiting on our ticket and some boxes to take our food home.
Great food !!!! The best food!! not so good service. Waitress never filled our cups and my wife wanted a mix drink and was never able to order it because the waitress was out of sight.
El Vaquero has some awesome food. The poblanos Rafael Lockhart are awesome. I only gave him before because I won't let you miss mix and match what you get unless you get more than one
Don't go. We ordered fajitas. They were dreadful. We ordered steak and chicken. We could barely find small slivers of chicken. The skirt steak ( which is dirt cheap) was burned and impossible to chew. I've never had a bad experience with mexican restaurants. The manager barely wanted to give our money back for something we did not, or could not eat. The chips were crumbs. He blamed the chip company. Hahaha. Won't be back ever!!!!
