Never in my life have I been made to rush and eat my food. We was there thirty minutes before closing and started eating our food and heard someone holler and say we close in three minutes. This was ridiculous I understand that they close but we would of only been another ten minutes and we would of been gone. They are lucky that they didn’t get cussed out but that’s fine we will never be back. This was on 12/8/20 at 10:00 in Phenix City Alabama at Subway

Every time I come here I feel like I am being rushed through my order the lady with the dreads always try to make 2 sandwiches and one time they are skimpy And it seems like they want to just sit around all day hurry get you in and get you out regardless if you’re satisfied needs better employees/management asap

Will not answer the phone. App is horrible. Have yet to be able to place an order online. Used to love Subway but afraid they've lost my business.

Came in 20 minutes before closing, at 9:40 with my dad. Asked them if they close at 10 to make sure we have enough time, Got our food & sat down to eat, was enjoying our dinner then 9:55 rolls around & we get told “we close in 5 minutes” basically rushing us to eat our food then went to walk out at 10 & the worker rushed to the door to open it & basically rushed us out of the store. Everytime we come to this subway there is always an issue, whether it’s the lazy customers or them being completely rude.
