This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. Even it there is one person in line ahead of you, you’re going to wait 20+ minutes. I wish Wells Fargo was still in that area!
Those money in the trash can
Incredible.. Tried for days to contact the 431 location with no success. Went to the bank, in the office I called the number, the rep picked up the phone and hung it up, I said that was me... We don't have staffing for the phone. Changing banks now....
Absolutely the slowest customer service. If it were possible to give this bank a negative rating, i would!. Severely understaffed at all times.
