This health department has the worst service possible!!! I asked for an appointment and they placed me on hold for 20 MINUTES!!! Then when they picked up, they asked me what I needed again. Followed by another hold. She didn’t even ask to place me on hold. She just did it. I heard the beep beep dial tone... Very rude! Finally, they said the earliest appointment was next month. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb♀ufe0f I need help and this was NOT the proper place to seek it. Please look for other means of health providers if you have symptoms. Also please work on your phone etiquette Russell county health department! Thank you.
Rude and unprofessional as you can get
I called the other day to make an appointment and was informed that they no longer offer the family planning service and no longer offer the female annual exams. I need to find another place too go for these type services now but when I was going they were pretty friendly in there
