I requested an appointment and had several needs. Their comment field on the electronic appointment request is limited, so I could not list all of my needs. He apparently couldn’t help with my first request, so he cancelled the appointment. I rescheduled electronically and he canceled again (electronically stating that he couldn’t help me). I needed several other tax related services that would have generated a good residual revenue throughout the year for this firm. But Scott just kept canceling and would not get on the phone. I’m in sales, and I never pass up the opportunity to speak with a client, even if I can’t assist with one need, they may have others that I can support. I stay hungry and humble and have service as my mission. I guess this firm isn’t hungry enough!! Consider reading your own values on your About page. Working with Scott has been great. This is our second year working with he and his firm and he’s made both process easy for us as a military family. He’s knowledgeable of many states tax laws and even rectified and issue that came about when my husband filed his taxes with a different firm. We’ll be worked with him again for sure.
