Great Customer Service!! Kim, Jonathon and another lady whose name escapes at the moment pitched in and helped me get service for my mother after a fire knocked out her cable telephone service. Everyone went beyond my expectations.

Jonathan is amazing..he works very hard at solving any issues you may have..he spent a lot if time on the phone talking to several people until he was able to exchange my phone for me since they knew it had connection issues even though I was past the warranty date by a few weeks..if it is possible to resolve an issue he will take the time to try every possible avenue to help you..my go to Sprint Store
