3 months ago I switched from US cellular to AT&T because I was getting a better deal at a great price with my company discount. The first bill I receive was not what I was told my bill was going to be in fact it was twice as much as I was paying before before I switched. Went to the AT&T store and they said that the discount was not activated and it should be on the next bill. 2nd month bill comes and it is still not right. Back to the AT&T store again. This time Chris says let me make some calls and I will call you back by Wednesday. I never received a call back. 3rd month bill come and still not correct. Back to the AT&T store again. This time I'm told that my company discount can not be applied to this plan. Ii would have known this from the start I wouldn't have switched carriers. I do not like being lied to. If your agent says this is what you will be paying for this plan they need to honor that.

Awesome. The manager worked around my medical breathing issue and allowed me in the store to purchase what I needed and personally helped me. Would recommend the Buckhannon AT&T store to anyone. It has always been a fantastic store.

We were switching over from US Cellular and need to hear the service plans, phones, and offers that AT&T offered. When we arrived at the store, we were warmly welcomed and assisted by Bailey. She was very polite, informative, caring, and understanding of what would be best for us. She showed us the variety of phones and talked us through the process and plans. It was a very excellent and pleasant experience! We felt like valued customers and will drive the hour and a half it took us to get there just to work with her! Thank you Buckhannon AT&T for staffing your location with professional associates!

Very nice gentlemen and he helped us for a few hours at least. He also helped my son find a path to be able to get a new phone and build his credit.

The service was great and the store was great people were very friendly and helpful only thing I suggest is that our reason we waited around for a bit of time was the inner you have a very poor inside for store that was selling internet I think they need better internet to speed things up but the people working there were awesome thanks dustin
