Great trails. Seem to be adding new ones too. Nice play ground area for a picnic. Picturesque barn for photo shoot.

We love Watters Smith! It's a really well kept park and has very nice clean restroom facilities. The hiking trails are great, the grounds are very well maintained. There are multiple playgrounds, grills for cookouts, and shade trees everywhere. It's a hidden gem that everyone should explore!

The park is very well kept. I practically grew up at this park with attending all the picnics, family reunions, swimming, hiking and mountain biking. I miss the pool and the only reason I won't give the park 5 stars is because the pool is now closed without an alternate attraction to take its place. Splash pads and disc golf courses have been proposed, but the park is pretty status quo since the pool closed about 7 years ago. The kicker: most of us locals know the history of the park and how the Smith family also left the revenue generating natural gas wells on the property to the state to help pay for the up keep of the park. Great place for a hike and the superintendent is very friendly.
