Frantz is hands down, the best personal trainer I've had to date, and I've had 7 in the past. I would give him 6 stars if I could! He comes to my apartment gym for our workout sessions. He's pushed me the hardest, and the results show how effective he is. Together with clean eating I've lost 24 lbs in the course of 6 months, and went down 3 dress sizes. I haven't felt this great since 4 years ago, and that's saying a lot -- as you get older it gets harder to lose weight, but with Frantz's expert guidance it can be done with hard work and commitment. No one's more committed to you achieving results and hitting your goals as Frantz is.nnHis workouts are challenging and he constantly pushes you to develop your strength, as well as consistently modifying your workouts as you get stronger and have increased mobility and flexibility so that you're always being challenged during your workout.nnIf you're ready to feel better, get stronger, lose weight, whatever your fitness goal maybe, Frantz will get you there!
